Guest House Policies
Smoking: The Light House Boutique Suites is a smoke-free environment in all interior spaces and guest rooms.
Children: No children under 12 years of age. However, should the whole guest house be booked by a single party, we will make every effort to accommodate the guest’s young family members.
Pets: While we love our furry friends, the guest house does not have the facilities to accommodate pets.
Credit Card Procedures
Guests must provide a credit card to guarantee the suite, VAT and incidental charges. We do not recommend that you use a debit card for this.
Upon arrival and check-in, authorisation approval will be obtained from your bank or card issuer for the amount equal to your confirmed stay as well as an allowance for any incidentals such as telephone service, mini-bar items and any other service charges incurred during your stay.
