G&Tea Winter Weekends with Wilderer Gin

The Light House has teamed up with Paarl’s award-winning distillery, Wilderer Gin, for exclusive ‘G&Tea’ weekends this winter (May, August) and spring (September).

Lovers of craft Gin and luxury are invited to experience a special weekend of indulgence at The Light House while savouring a unique Wilderer Gin experience which includes a live distillation process presentation with winter gin cocktails and a mouth-watering afternoon tea.

Be prepared for: Negroni – Wilderer fynbos gin, Campari, Martini Rosso Vermouth, orange slice or peel to garnish; Pineapple & Curry leaves – Wilderer fynbos gin, fresh curry leaves, pineapple wedge, rounded off with Indian tonic water; a Spiced Apple Warmer – Wilderer fynbos gin, warm Apple juice, cinnamon and star anise; Hot Gin & Tonic – Wilderer fynbos gin, tonic syrup and boiling water, served with orange wedge ; Blueberry & Thyme – Wilderer fynbos gin, blueberries, grapefruit and thyme and a Peachy G&T – Wilderer fynbos gin, canned peach slices, peach syrup topped with Indian tonic water .
